If you contact us to request information about us or our products or to make a complaint you will need to provide us with your name, email address, business or home address (if you are buying as a consumer) and phone number. 6. How long will we keep your information?

7. Where will we keep your information?
7.1. We will usually keep your information within the European Union (EU). 8.1. Our website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use our website. This analytical tool uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
